Property Specialist / General Office Assistant

The Property Specialist / General Office Assistant will support our tenants in day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. This position will involve a mix of administrative tasks, tenant interactions, marketing event space, marketing open tenants spaces and coordination with vendors, ensuring that all properties are maintained appropriately.
Job Duties:
● Follow/participate in EOS strategies
● Assist with the following properties:
* 55 Doe Run, LLC
* Place Marie Lancaster, LLC
* Manheim Self Storage, LLC
● Primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
● Collect rent and utility payments and maintain accurate billing records
● Track utility payments and ensure proper documentation
● Work with marketing team to brainstorm on advertising open spaces
● Schedule showings of core tenant open spaces for the Owner
● Facilitate new tenant lease agreements
● Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs at the properties
● Handle all logistics of the PCI ‘Warehouse Wish List’
● Assist with eBay listings o Take photos
● Collect item information o Provide to Auction Ops for listing
● Back up for Front Office tasks as needed
● Back up for Sales tasks as needed
● Handle special projects
● Check in with the Owner and Integrator before ending the day
● Ensure coverage for time sensitive tasks when out of the office
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and taking on additional tasks as neede

Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner
- Previous work experience in property management a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quick and adaptable learner
- Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Work Schedule
20 hours per week - Monday through Friday - Must be available outside working hours for emergencies
Hourly Wage:
$17.00 an hour
