Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Office Assistant/Sales Admin, where you'll play a crucial role in managing auctions, logistics, and operational support to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Auction Management:
- Participate in EOS strategies and bid on auctions (storage units, Xbids, Gov Planet, Public Surplus, etc.) for cash deals.
- Handle all logistics of cash deals, including obtaining item dimensions, setting up outsourced trucking, completing paperwork, verifying shipments, and checking in items.
Sales Logistics:
- Book hotels, secure parking permits, and arrange food orders for sales jobs.
- Complete drop-off paperwork for Sales Specialists and verify all drop-off information.
- Take photos and videos of dropped-off inventory and manage consignor buyback paperwork and tracking.
Operations Support:
- Conduct Pipedrive audits, add deal values, and handle opportunity follow-ups.
- Manage customer communications, including sending "Your auction is live" and tracking emails.
- Coordinate customer previews and handle special projects as assigned.
eBay and Auction Listings:
- Take photos, collect item information, and provide details to Auction Operations for listing.
General Support:
- Serve as a backup for front office tasks and assist with eBay listings.
- Check in with the Sales Manager before ending the day to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Ensure time-sensitive tasks are covered when out of the office and contribute to the team effort by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

- Previous work experience in customer service a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly Wage:
$17.00 an hour
