Join our company located in Quarryville, Lancaster County, PA who is a leader in specialty lubricants, cleaners, and coatings since 1942!

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Plastics Market Product Manager to drive growth in our industrial B2B markets. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented professional ready to shape customer relationships, lead strategic projects, and uncover new opportunities in the plastics industry.


What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve aggressive sales growth goals while maintaining profitability

  • Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships

  • Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets

  • Provide technical, application, and product expertise to customers

  • Lead on-site customer plant trials and follow through on results

  • Gather and apply customer feedback to support product improvements or new product development

  • Solve problems using data-driven methods to identify causes and countermeasures

  • Represent our Company at domestic and international trade shows to expand market presence


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: BS or MS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience: Sales or technical experience with industrial lubricants or cleaners preferred

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent time management and prioritization

    • Proven track record of achieving growth goals and developing new business

  • Travel: Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
